Product Returns

Within 14 days if your item is defective due to a manufacture defect, we will replace your item will same item free of charge and IF SOLD ONLINE ONLY we will ship your replacement right away. Instore purchases must have receipt and returned to place purchased. Instore purchases will not be shipped.

ONLINE ORDER MUST EMAIL to return an items. Please contact our customer assistance representatives by email to request a return merchandise authorization form. You may also login into your account and complete this request online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have any questions about returning an item please contact our experienced customer assistance department.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and opened items can be replaced with the same item. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return.
